any humidity on a daily basis when removing
your Praudigy hearing instruments. |

Open your battery door when your hearing instruments
are not in use. This will shut off your instrument
and give you the longest battery life. |

Keep batteries and hearing instruments out
of reach of children and pets. If hearing
aid batteries are swallowed, call your local
emergency services immediately. |

Change your batteries regularly. A general
rule of thumb is if you cup your hearing aid
in your hand and can’t get it to whistle,
then your batteries probably need to be replaced. |

Keep your hearing instruments out of water,
especially when showering and swimming. They
are water resistant and are generally fine
in rain and outside conditions. |
How Do I Troubleshoot
My Hearing Instrument?
If your hearing instrument is not working , then make sure
it has new batteries and has been properly cleaned. If it’s
still not working call one of our professional hearing consultants
for additional help.
If your hearing instruments get soaked
in water and shut off, simply open the battery door
and blow any excess water
out and let them sit for a day or two to see if they
come back on. If not, call us for additional help.
Where
Do I Get Batteries? What
Size Do I Need? How Long Should My Batteries Last?
Since we specialize in micro-miniature technology,
most our products use size 10a hearing aid batteries
available
in
most grocery, mart or pharmacy stores. If we do
something special for you we will inform you of
the different
battery size required. Size 10a batteries usually
last between 140
to 160 hours. Plus you can join our battery club
and we will automatically send you the best batteries
for
the best prices.
